Your booking limit includes all bookings created in Resos, regardless of how they were made.

This means that every booking added to your restaurant counts towards your subscription limit, whether it was created by a guest online or by your staff. The limit is counted over the past 30 days on a rolling basis, not per calendar month. Read more about how our pricing works.

Which bookings count?

The following bookings all count towards your booking limit:

  • Online bookings made through your booking page or widget
  • Walk-ins added manually
  • Phone reservations entered manually
  • Bookings created by staff
  • Reservations from Reserve with Google
  • Reservations from Facebook & Instagram
  • Reservations from any other connected booking channel

In short, if a booking is created in Resos, it counts towards your booking limit.

Why are manual bookings included?

Manual bookings, such as walk-ins and phone reservations, use the same booking system, table management, communication features, reporting, and guest database as online bookings. For this reason, they are included in the booking limit.
